Hi, I’m Giselle Lopez!
I’m a Reiki Master, Transformational Coach, and the founder of CoZo Apothecary.
Born in the vibrant Bronx and raised in the heart of Inwood, also known as “The Heights,” my roots are deeply entwined with the strong, loving traditions of my Puerto Rican heritage. As the youngest of six children, my upbringing with three brothers and two sisters has shaped me into the person I am today—resilient, compassionate, and grateful for my family. While New York will always be in my heart, I now call Connecticut home, where I live with my greatest inspirations, my son Cortez and daughter Zoe. (Hint: Can you guess the origin of CoZo?)
Beyond CoZo
With a Bachelor of Science in Organizational Management from the Business School at Mercy College, I’ve spent over twenty years in Human Resources, dedicated to empowering others. My journey in the corporate world has been one of guiding professionals to reach their full potential. Whether through leadership training, succession planning, mentoring, or coaching, my mission has always been to help people achieve their professional goals. But my passion extends beyond the boardroom. This is why CoZo Apothecary was born - I have a deep ability to assist clients in healing and replenishing their mind and body by rediscovering their strength, finding their voice and learning to lead with confidence and authenticity.
When My Perspective Changed
Though I was raised with a foundation in western medicine, my perspective on health and wellness took a transformative turn in 2013, thanks to a dear friend and doctor who introduced me to essential oils. This experience ignited a profound shift in how I approached healing, leading me to open CoZo Apothecary, a space where I could bring my holistic vision to life. Named after my children, CoZo Apothecary is where I channel my passion for helping others heal in mind, body, and spirit—because I believe true freedom comes when you recognize that you have the power to choose your path in life..
